We utilize a communication platform with our clients called Otto, which is a new and easy way to connect with us and keeps your pet’s care on track. We strive to bring you all the communication tools possible — and so much more.  

Otto lets you schedule appointments via text and refill your pet’s prescriptions. It gives us the ability to send and collect digital appointment check-in forms. We can also send you pre- and post-appointment instructions, appointment reminders and confirmations, satisfaction surveys, and more. We can even seamlessly collect payments.  

Best of all, our doctors can easily communicate with you on this platform during and after your appointment by providing care instructions, recommendations, and diagnostic results.
